Once you have identified what skin type you have, dry, oily or combination, it is important that you find the right moisturiser for your needs. In this case, dry skin needs more moisture for obvious reasons but some products for dry skin are better than others. I personally have dry skin and I know how some products can be quite harsh on our skin. This is why I have come up with some great moisturizers for dry skin.
Moisturizers for dry skin
Bio oil
I know this is a serum but this is my lifesaver when it comes to my skin. I use it every morning and night as instructed to do. The benefits of Bio oil are they reduce stretch marks and uneven skin tone and it also helps with aging, dehydrated skin.

This line is pure heaven for my skin. I have almost everything from this line and it has saved my skin. This line was especially formulated for sensitive skin, which dry skin types are prone too be. The added bonus of aloe vera that it has anti inflammatory and fungal properties.
I use the lotion from the line and it is amazing. It is very moisturising and a little goes a long way so it last for a long time. Also, it has spf 15 suncream in it which means my skin is always protected.

Vaseline: Coco Butter
Vaseline is my go-to brand whenever I need to buy something moisturising for my skin. It doesn’t matter whether I need it for my body or face, their products are perfect for me. The Coco butter line has everything I need and is very moisturising from the lotions to the gel. This is definitely something you should invest your money in.
That’s all for today and I hope you consider some of these products when you go out to shop in the future. From now on I am going to be doing a series on skin care so comment below any topics you would like for me too write about.
