How to look bad and boujee on a budget:
Own high-quality basics
If you really want to look good, you need to be able to build your looks of basic clothes. This means that you need nice t-shirts, jeans and coats. Without them, your outfits will just be messy and all over the place. I suggest that if your wardrobe is a complete mess, you should start from the beginning. Throw everything away and build up from there.
Know the trends
A lot of the times, we are influenced by trends to change our fashion style. This means that keeping up with trends will help you understand what clothes you should wear. This shouldn’t be the only thing that you look at but it is a good starting place. Taking the trends and making them your own is something you have to do.
Be confident
Confidence is key. You can literally pull off any outfit, but if you don’t have any confidence, you won’t look good. If confidence is something that you lack, I suggest you wear the thing that makes you uncomfortable, until you feel comfortable. This what I did and I can wear almost anything outside.
Shop in the right shops
These days designer clothes (in my opinion) aren’t that great. You can find the best clothes in shops like Forever 21, Yesstyle, Romwe and Shein. So what you have to do is, find a clothing store that sells everything you want for low prices. Your simple solution.
Have a signature look
When someone looks at you, they need to recognise your fashion as your own. Having a signature look can make you look unique and very boujee. This is something no one can choose for you and you can only make by yourself. This can only happen by developing great fashion sense.
Accessorise
Accessories can take your outfit to another level. Adding something as simple as a belt can make you look amazing. Don’t underestimate this power. So, next time you go out don’t forget to wear your earrings, necklaces and bracelets.
